Cacau Mangabeira began his career in the 90's, photographing for the magazines of the Abril and Globo publishing houses.

Known for photographing celebrities, Cacau has in his portfolio photographs published in magazines such as Vogue, Rolling Stones, This Is People, Faces, Time, See, Who, Caprice among others. 

The boom of her career came when she became an official photographer for singer Ivete Sangalo in 1999, when Ivete was still a member of Banda Eva. Since then, Cacau has photographed several moments of her career, including photos of the main shows and Dvds, such as the 10-year career at Fonte Nova, 'Pode Enter' which was recorded for 10 days inside her house, the show at Madison Square Garden in New York, the 20-year career show, again at Fonte Nova in Salvador and , practically every carnival in Bahia. 

Currently, he specializes in photographic books of families, adolescents, children, couples, pregnant women, weddings and birthdays of 15 years.
